Reborn, the highly succesful letting agency, has joined forces with Rosedale Property Agents with effect from 12thSeptember 2011 and now trade as Rosedale Letting Specialists.
Since October 2008 Reborn have worked tirelessy to provide the highest levels of service at the most affordable rates available. With a hard working and no nonsense work ethic they brought a much needed breath of fresh air to what is commonly perceived as a difficult industry to deal with.
The business is still headed up by Directors Hayley and Warren Norfolk and their lettings team remains the same. The new branding will not have any detrimental effect on the high standard of service that Reborn clients have come to expect. The reason behind the rebranding is to offer clients the ‘best of both worlds’: fantastic high street presence (Bourne, Stamford, and Market Deeping) and brand awareness combined with specialist back office support.
Here Hayley explains more in her own words:
“The last three years trading as Reborn have been incredible. We have been able to achieve a substantial market share in and around the Bourne area and have done so without the need for High Street offices. Our clients have always understood the benefits of how we have structured our business and have enjoyed being charged the lowest letting agents fees in the area! Our business has grown to date mainly as a result of satisfied clients, both landlords and tenants, recommending us to others. It has always been very important to us to find a way to expand our business without having a detrimental impact on our fee structure or interrupting the service standards our clients have come to expect. The proposition of continuing our well respected business under the Rosedale brand, means that we are able to immediately offer our clients stronger brand awareness and High Street presence in three locations, with none of the expense (and subsequent fee increases) typically associated with this sort of growth.
