“Ben started out in the property industry around 30 years ago. Having managed branches previously and with a strong background as a Residential Valuer, he joined Rosedale almost 7 years ago as a Branch Manager. He was always a strong advocate within the business for social media marketing and producing videos of our properties to stay ahead of the competition. So, when Covid hit, Rosedale became one of the few agents in the region to provide 360 Virtual Tours for remote house viewings in an effort to keep sales moving and, naturally, Ben was the one who tasked with the job of making this happen! Having a strong belief in the modern digital marketing approach and with a proven track record of successfully increasing the exposure of our brand and clients properties, Ben was made the Media & Marketing Manager. During his 5 years in the role he has, so far, expanded Rosedale’s brand awareness and property exposure though various means including property videos, fully interactive 360 virtual tours, comprehensive social media marketing across a range of platforms and now with the latest in drone videos & photography, which continue to bring to our clients the selling results they need!”
