Steph joined us in 2014 as Assistant Manager at our Peterborough branch having already been an experienced estate agent and valuer with 10 years experience. During the following 10+ years with Rosedale, she moved to our Stamford and Market Deeping branches, finally becoming the Sales Manager in 2019 at our market leading branch in Bourne. Working across our multiple branches, and also living locally, has enabled her to be adaptable, resourceful and always up to date with market trends. She has developed a reputation for attention to detail, honest advice and empathy to build lasting relationships during her 20+ years in the industry. With her cheeky humour she has become a popular fixture not only in the office but with the locals too and, being so sociable, loves how she meets such a wide spectrum of people and seeing them achieve their end goal, which is what she finds so rewarding.

Property Consultant

Son of Rosedale Managing Director Jeremy Drew, Ewan began his property career several years ago in our dedicated Land & New Homes department, before moving on to our busy Peterborough City branch and then joining our market leading Bourne branch. Ewan loves being part of the family business and being so personable & friendly, he naturally enjoys the hands-on role of dealing with clients directly through arranging and attending viewings, negotiating offers and guiding clients through their next steps of the property process. He is passionate about helping people find their perfect home and making the sales process as smooth as possible with his approachable, positive attitude. Ewan is a popular member of the team at Bourne and is genuinely interested in getting to know the clients so he can really understand exactly what they’re looking for.

Kelly Russell

Branch Administrator

Kelly is passionate about her job and joined the Rosedale family in 2023 as an administrator at our busy Bourne branch.  Having a love of property, she feels like getting to work in an industry she is genuinely interested in feels like a perfect fit. Kelly enjoys her varied role which includes admin, marketing, accounts and social media whilst also getting involved day to day with clients directly. She is also responsible for producing those all important property brochures, mailing out new listings to potential buyers and producing the property listings you see across major online property portals. Kelly is an integral part of an amazing team, who work hard, support each other, and have plenty of laughs along the way.

Betty

Head of Customer Relations

At 10 years young, Betty is a much-loved member of the Rosedale team and she takes her role as Head of Customer Relations very seriously — greeting all our clients with a wagging tail and making sure people feel at home in the Bourne office, whether they’re popping in for a property valuation, wanting to view some houses or just passing by. She has a calm nature and loves ear scratches and tummy rubs from our clients of all ages. Her specialist skill set includes boosting team morale and ensuring no lunch is ever eaten without careful supervision. When she’s not busy, Betty loves keeping spirits high in the office, enjoys long countryside walks with her ball, swimming, the occasional treat (or two) and well-earned naps!
